Terms of Service

Article 1 (Application)

These Terms of Service (the "Terms") define the conditions for using AntiAI Pics (the "Service"). Users agree to these Terms when using the Service.

Article 2 (Service Content)

The Service is a web service that applies AI-read prevention processing to images uploaded by users and allows sharing in gallery format.

• Image upload and protection processing
• Gallery creation, editing, and deletion
• Sharing gallery URLs

Article 3 (Account)

Users must create an account to use the Service. Users are responsible for managing their account information and must not allow third parties to use it, or lend, transfer, or sell it.

Article 4 (Prohibited Activities)

Users must not engage in the following activities:

• Activities that violate laws or public order and morals
• Activities related to criminal acts
• Uploading images that infringe others' rights (copyright, portrait rights, privacy rights, etc.)
• Uploading obscene images, child pornography, or images of child abuse
• Activities that interfere with Service operation
• Unauthorized access or system attacks
• Commercial advertising, promotion, or solicitation using the Service
• Other activities deemed inappropriate by the operator

Article 5 (Image Rights)

Copyright and other rights to uploaded images belong to the original rights holder. Users shall only upload images they own rights to or have obtained permission from the rights holder.

The operator has the right to reproduce, process, and store images to the extent necessary for service provision.

Article 6 (Service Warranty)

The Service's image protection feature aims to prevent reading by specific AIs (such as Grok), but does not guarantee complete prevention of reading by all AIs and tools. Screenshots cannot be prevented.

Article 7 (Paid Plans)

Fees, payment methods, and cancellation for paid plans (Pro plan) follow the pricing page and Specified Commercial Transaction Act notice within the Service.

Subscriptions automatically renew until the user cancels.

Article 8 (Service Changes and Termination)

The operator may change Service content or terminate provision without prior notice. The operator is not liable for damages to users resulting from such changes.

Article 9 (Disclaimer)

The operator is not liable for any damages to users arising from the Service, except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence by the operator.

Article 10 (Use by Minors)

Minors must obtain consent from their legal guardian before using the Service. Subscription to paid plans requires consent from a legal guardian.

Article 11 (Changes to Terms)

The operator may change these Terms as necessary. Changed Terms take effect from the time they are posted on the Service.

Article 12 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)

These Terms are governed by Japanese law, and the Tokyo District Court has exclusive jurisdiction as the court of first instance for disputes related to the Service.
